fuzzy mushrooms

Anyone know of anyway to control these. I have some milli that the fuzzy shrooms are starting to climb up on... I have xenia that I typically just pull off the rock, can I do that with shrooms also. Is there a way to control them?

Cut of the polyp below the disc and put some holdfast epoxy over the base of the shroom that is still attached to the rock. This way you can relocate the shroom and not have to kill it.
