I though I post my experience with a MJ 1200 -MOD kit I purchased from mj mods (http://www.mjmods.com ).
  • The order came within 2 days;
  • All parts were professionally made and fitted excellently and were easy to assemble.
  • Customer support was excellent I had a question on the stopper and my question was answered with in 1 hr.
  • IMO The output of my MJ-1200 looks like it doubled and covers a wider path.
Although this mod is easy to do on your own with the proper tools. For me it was well worth the time and $$ buying it pre made.

You can go back to sleeping now....

I tried to mod 2 MJ 1200's, but the prop would start spinning then suddenly start twitching back and forth.

I don't know why.. is it centered. I used his cap cover which centers and fits perfectly over the extended housing..

I ordered all of the parts off his website the dumas prop, s/s rod, and the premade cap.....after an hour of getting fustrated I went out and bought a tunze 6000.
