Galaxea vs GSP

I thought Galaxea sting would be more devastating. GSP will get a white spot but keeps coming. Guess I will have try my fragging of GSP.

I probably need to just have one Galaxea in that location.

GSP grows so rapidly, I don't think anything can sting it enough to keep it at bay. it wins the coral warfare by growing so fast it smothers the other coral to death.

@homer1475 I can't move the rock easy. I can just peel and cut back and superglue to frag for GSP? I will probably just list it Craigslist free

The GSP will grow around the Galaxea coral, but they're in no danger of being overrun IME. If you want to thin the GSP out so to say you could just smother the mat with some epoxy. I do this all the time to keep various corals at bay.

I moved the Galaxea- I didn't like the look of the 2 so close together and the GSP was literally starting to choke it out. I struggled to pull all the pieces of the stony part of the Galaxea. I have a fraging kit on the way to cut it back the GSP a little.

Galaxea I really like, but it is such a pain to figure out location with the sweepers.
