Trying to combat hair algae outbreak with natural method so ordered a cleaner crew from GARF. Had done this years ago with satisfaction, not so now. The "algae devouring mollies" avoid the algae, the "hard working Mexican hermits" appear to be on siesta (not to mention being < 5 mm in length. Shipping was $70. The $100 softie package of 10 corals was a total rip-off. Finally, web site is terrible, never got an e-mail on shipping dates; had to call several times.
Avoid this; totally disappointing.

I'm with ya. Their page and services have taken a tumble since Leroy fell ill and passed away a couple years ago. It's sad, really - I really, really liked the Grunge package I had for my college-era 75, all but one of the last few orders I've put in have been pretty dismal. I had high hopes for packages of Grunges over the last few years but finally just accepted that things weren't changing. My 'bag o bugs' for my current 40 was pretty good though.

I've had good luck with Reef Cleaners. Always get more than I paid for and don't think I've ever lost anything I ordered from them.
