Hi Can anyone tell me if adding garlic to the frozen brine shrimp will upset any of the corals?, I'm not sure if my regal tang has a little bit of ich starting, and i've been advised to add garlic to her food, but I don't want to upset the corals, ta

I add garlic to all of my food and it seems to help with waking things up. No ill effects on fish or corals in the past 2 years...

how do you add the garlic? just crush a garlic clove, or rub it on the food?

Ridiculously powerful. 2-3 drops on their melted food along with some selecon before feeding.

I use this stuff too with no ill effects to sps corals.

Garlic is no cure for ich but I do find it entices fish to eat more and in turn gives them more energy to slough off the parasite. I would check your parameters . a couple of extra water changes might help too!

I have also used the Garlic xtreme, good stuff! works well on flake food and nori also!
