jeffbrig Premium Member Aug 6, 2007 #3 Buy a fresh clove and chop it up yourself. No oil, no preservatives, etc.
nyvp Active member Aug 6, 2007 #4 ya a garlic press helps out and is real easy. make sure you get the oils/juices that come out
