garlic question

the author refers to feeding garlic, how should it be prepared ie cooked, boiled? and how is it administered like within a piece of mysis for example? and how often?

Right now, I am using a commercial preparation made by Kent. I take frozen food, begin to defrost it in a cup with some of the aquarium's water, and then add the garlic extract so that it soaks into the food.

lol, i was thinking of using just market bought garlic that id wash to get of pesticides etc then just slice up and place with the food.
would this work?

Yes, I am just not familiar with the process to extract the Allicin from the cloves. If you search the general forums, you may find instructions.
