Garlic to treat ich

I have a clown that I have bought recently. He now has ich. I have read about doing a garlic treatment. I think this is the way I am going to go because I don't have a QT because the tank is only 6- gallon.

I have some zoos
hermits
emerald crab
astrea snails

I don't want to use the normal copper treament. Where can I buy the garlic extract? and how do i use this on flake food?

Garlic has no proven effects against marine ich

I strongly suggest investing in a QT tank and performing hypo

Garlic can help treat ich indirectly. It strenghtens the fishes immune system allowing him to fight off the paricite.

Basically I am asking if you can get garlic extract at a grocery store and how do I use it with flake food?

it helps the fish but it does not treat the ick.. you have to QT him... otherwise it will spread...

its a reef tank....nano...it will kill the inverts that I LISTED in the opening statement
