Hi there

Awesome build! Question about your electrical- you basically have 2x15 amp lines come into the room,into outlets that you plug 2x eb8s. Then custom 'extension cords' run through conduit terminating in outlet boxes that you plug your equipment into? That's a pretty cool idea. Any additional photos of where you terminated the boxes you can share?

I'm toying with picking up a used apex and was trying to come up with a wiring option and this method is perfect.

Tank is looking pretty good nowadays. Fish population is remaining stable with very little aggression from the mix of tangs. Corals are doing well under the 400w 14K hamiltons. This is my first attempt at keeping some sps (the easy ones like birdsnest, montipora, digitata) after the dying event. Things are looking good.

Yes! I installed 2 separate 15amp breakers in the panel that are dedicated to the tank. Each line goes into 2 outlets which the EB8s plug into. This is the only picture I could find but I can take more.

Sweet setup! Wish my garage wasn’t 30deg in the winter I’d love to spread out my system the way you did.

Doing a few little projects today to simplify my plumbing. Also moving a couple tanks so they sit along the wall so I can park the Mclaren in the garage..... I wish! Although I will be able to easily park a car in there now with plenty room to move around it.
