gas bubble help

have male seahorse with gas bubble in pouch-tried to push it out per seahorse .org-no luck-need better instuctions/pics-not really sure i did it right -have him in 10 gal iso tank treating with diamox--not sure if im doing that right either --more in depth info would be appreciated--ps horse still eating well--gary
 
It took me about 40 minutes to get bubbles out of mine when he had it. You have to be very gentle and hold him at an angle so the bubbles go upwards toward the surface. I took a round tip bobby pin (hairpin) and gently pushed it around the opening of the pouch to open it just a little bit, and pushing with one finger(pinky) at the base of the pouch.
I treated with Diamox also, and used 1 tab, crushed per 10 gallons, with daily water changes and dosing.

Keep using the Diamox, it can work if everything is treated soon enough. I would keep trying to evacuate the pouch and flush it with diamox.
