I'm more than likely going to be selling my Korallin 1502 Ca reactor in the next few weeks or so... As I am going to have an opportunity to pick up a Schuran Jet Stream Ca Reactor, and can't pass it up.

Anyway, I just picked this up a few months ago, and brought it online a few weeks ago. Reactor is cleaned, has all new tubing, and I will even include the new media which has about 10% of ZeoMag in it as well.

Reactor has an Eheim recirc pump, bubble counter, upgraded lid w/ pH probe holder, as well as the stock lid.

I will be looking to get $175 for it.

Thanks for looking. :)

I'll leave the thread up until Friday, then will post again if/when I purchase the new reactor, and this one is ready to go.

I've been running that same Korallin model for 10 yrs now. IMO it performs great and I have NEVER had a problem with it. Plus 5lb CO2 usually lasts me 8-10 months.
At your price that's a great deal.

Interested when do you think it will be available need to make sure budget will be available after the frag swap.

 just noticed that...

Yes this reactor will help keep your ca and alk levels stable for your corals, but watch out for non coral safe fish.

Did I hit all the terms?

Hey TJ, Keep the Korlin calcium reactor. The Schuran is junk! I wish someone told me this before I bought my Jet Stream 2. Absolutely no customer support, so if it brakes you will be on your own. Choose wisely, Dan.

Couple of weeks works for me.Hoping to get some nice coral at the frag swap a calcium reactor next to the sump seems useful growing coral.A few fish are nice also.

I received a lot of responses, so it looks like selling it will not be a problem if/when I decide to.

I'm going to do a little more research on the Schuran reactors as well before I make my final decision.

Thanks.
