Yes, generally speaking it shouldn't be a problem. They are both the same species. However, there are no guarantees, some people have reported problems with different morphs, despite being the same species. I personally have RBTAs and GBTAS together, side by side, and haven't noticed problems.

I have three differant color morphs living side by side with no problems so far. Check out my bta tank build thread to see video of three types "piled" on each other. Run some carbon in case though.

I think in general it should be fine. However, I was reading another post about BTAs and the discussion was about the possibility of different morphs or species of BTAs (both green and red/rose) that are either solitary or live in colonies. This discussion stemmed from folks who have had BTAs that never split, versus those who have BTAs that frequently split.
This is not to say that a single BTA is solitary and can't live with other BTAs, but it has been reported in other species of solitary anemones that they can kill each other to compete for space, especially in the confined space of a reef tank. This can be done either via allelopathy or by physically touching and stinging each other.
If you want to keep a group of BTAs, my suggestion would be to purchase a BTA that came from a colony. This way you're better off knowing that it can live with other BTAs. This, of course, is anecotal, but in reefkeeping we're trying to increase the odds of survival.

I saw Mobert's tank before her upgrade, and it was simply amazing.
