GBTA Split!

One of my GBTAs split two nights ago and I was wondering how long it takes for the mouths to heal and when should I try feeding them? I usually feed them every other day with a piece of frozen shrimp. Also how long should I leave them be before I try to remove one of them?

Mine was eating 4 days after the split. As far as when to remove. I'm not sure. Hopefully someone with more experience will answer your questions.

Generally mine will start to eat about a week after cloning. I did have one that divided into three and the smallest clone wasn't able to eat for weeks because it didn't have any semblance of a mouth. It's only begun to take small pieces of food now. As far as moving it, I would leave it alone a week or two and let it start eating before stressing it by moving it.

Thanks, guys. They both are looking fine this morning with the exception of their mouths which are still on the sides and healing. I'll wait a few more days or at least until their mouths look whole again before offering any food to them. I'm in no hurry to move them, but I've promised one of them to a friend and wil try to get it out of there after I'm sure they are totally healed and back to normal.
