GCC won't connect to Profilux 4

Trying to install new Profilux 4, but I keep getting an error message when trying to do so. Help!

The error instead tries to prompt me to check my connection settings.

Without giving much information to work with I am going to assume your trying to connect over USB. If that's the case, make sure the USB COM port is set to either AUTO or the exact com port as shown on your device manager.

I tried auto with no luck. Firmware is up to date.
