ge1 d/w in used sump

been doing a bunch of reading and have been getting mixed reviews on ge1. The guy used it to stick the baffles in place,guess he added in baffle before i bought it a couple weeks before. now he had it running for quite some time and had tons of softies/zoa/polpy in his tank with a bta and fish. Now ive been using his setup with most of his coral , if the ge1 was going to cause a issue would it be immediate or would it be a while before the ge kicks in.

ge silicone I for windows and doors is still fine to use, im pretty sure. but regardless, no it is not going to be a while before it kicks in. im sure it is fine.
