Do u think it's worth the risk or should I get rid of them. Sorry about all the question but there in cup on my nightstand right now and I have no idea what to do with them.
If you are in a location where you can catch your own snails if required, it shouldn't be much of a problem. If you have to buy your snails, you might not want them in your tank.
