Gen 2 mp40w and mp40wes

I'm getting 2 mp40wes and 1 gen 2 mp40w for my 150 gal tank. Will all 3 be able to sync with each other? Or will I have to upgrade the older mp40w to a Wes?

Yes they will. But the W pump cannot be set to function in EcoSmart mode.
