So my gen 3 pros are not comming on at scheduled time. If i unplug them and plug them in they come on right away. I reprogrammed several times, sometimes they follow schedule perfectly for a few days sometimes they still fail to come on in the morning. They always turn off and follow the ramp down period at the end of cycle, they just fail to start in the morning. Been going on for a few weeks and its very irratating to come home to find out lights have been out all day. I am running reeflink hard wired in.

I had the same issue, gave up reeflink..factory reset with Ecotech Live and now using them connected to Apex and WXM module....it works flawlessly now and with the same module I can also control my MP40qWd and MP10qWd

Maybe, reeflink has never worked great, wifi has been useless, so i hardwired it and after resetting reeflink im lucky if it stays live more than a few days. Makes feed mode on my vectra pump useless.

Mine were working great until this last update to the Reflink. Now they turn on and get stuck on the first data point. They will never come out of that point unless I go to ecosmartlive and login.

Sounds like an issue that may be widespread. I may call EcoTech about this tomorrow.

My pros aren't turning off at the scheduled time. Seems to have started a couple days ago. I've tried reprogramming and immediatly they go back on the correct schedule and turn off. Next day same problem again...

That is when mine started happening as well. It was right after they release the new update for the ReefLink. Did you update your ReefLink as well?

Well it's happening again tonight. I simply unplugged and replugged in the light and it corrects itself. I'm guessing tomorrow it will happen again.

Created a ticket with Ecotech this morning but haven't heard anything from them.

We just updated EcoSmart Live to fix the schedule playback issues you have been experiencing. Please login and reprogram your lights. We appreciate your patience in this matter.
