I have had several tanks over the years. most of them were MH equipped. I am getting away from that for the time and using t5 and fulham ballasts. for my 75 i have decided to go with 6 54watt bulbs with individual reflectors. I know there will be no issues with lps up high however im not real sure about lps on the sandbed and then i also wondered since i had great luck with sps how would they fare. i am very fond of sps and lps. so please give me your imput. my bulbs for now are just 420nm actinic and 10k from wave.. nothing special but my next go around on bulbs with be blue specials and blue +. and post your tanks lit with t5 that are mixed and try to give some bulb specs. thanks very much for your time.
