General Question About TTM

The first transfer is not coming from "clean wafer" if it is from an LFS.

I actually just thought about the same question OP asked.. In the TTM description, it says you can start TTM with your tank water assuming the tank is contaminated. Why cant you shorten the period by starting the fresh tank with clean brand new water, and transfer your fish to it, making sure no water spills over. Wouldn't that eliminate one extra transfer?

Either way, I'm paranoid would do 12 days anyway :)

i STRONGLY DISAGREE

AGREE! Mixing two medications despite the manufacturer CLEARLY states that do not mix them with any other medications are just not a smart thing to do.

UNLESS....you can back up with laboratory tests data that prove it is okay to mix them.

You need to be careful. You will get yourself in trouble soon.

Canadianeh lets get back on topic shall we. You are not adding anything to this thread.

When I did TTM I always do 5 transfers 3 days total of 15. Very easy to do with a few 5 gallon buckets, heaters and air pumps.

You were the one that recommended mixing prazipro and cupramine on TTM thread. I agreed as the other guys as well that I will not mix them.

I'd say you changed the discussion of this thread.

I never said to mix them on this thread, i suggest using prazipro and cupramine. This is why I said to you lets get back on topic.

You are going to get us in trouble canadianeh, please stop.

Right. You suggested prazipro and cupramine on TTM, and did not add anything to the main topic. I was responding to your post. Now stop and get back to the topic.

Hmm sounds familiar doesn't it.

I already got back on topic, what have you added regarding the topic?

Why you post here if you have question directly to me? I thought you are supposed to use PM? Remember?

Sounds familiar? Don't post anything more that is not related to the topic.

I posted here about my opinion on using prazi and cup, whats wrong with that. I then got back on track and provided my experience on TTM.

What you seem to be doing is getting us in trouble :)
