Are they sensitive to copper? I would prefer to use Cupramine over hypo if it's ok.

Using Cupramine @ .35 ppm and dosing over a 7 day period generally works with any sensitive fish.

Just to clarify, I think Josh meant ramping up to that dose over 7 days, not only treating for 7 days.

I thought less than 0.5 ppm was ineffective against Ich? I usually treat for 4 weeks. Is 4 weeks at 0.35 OK?
