Getting a Coral Goby to Eat - Possible Internal Parasites?

I've a couple of newly-acquired yellow coral gobies, and one of them refuses to eat. The tank-mates were acquired at the same time: 6 blue-eye cardinals, 1 barnacle blenny, and 2 blue mandarins. All are in a 50 gallon FOWLR with good stable water parameters.

Both coral gobies are young and quite small - perhaps an inch or so long. One of them eats like there's no tomorrow and comes a'runnin when food is offered, but the other one is not interested at all and has become thin over the course of a week.

The fish are fed saltwater mysis, brine shrimp, sustainable aquatics dry food, live copepods enriched with phytoplankton, newly hatched brine shrimp enriched with phyto and san francisco bay brand emerald entree. All fish except for the one coral goby are eating well.

None of the fish show any outward signs of disease. Aggression between the two gobies has been minimal to non-existent, and it's the slightly dominant one that is disinterested in food.

I'm wondering if this fish should be treated for internal parasites with Praziquantel, metronidazole or something similar in a last ditch effort to save it.

Any ideas?

I would look for other symptoms (i.e. white stringy poop) before treating. Some newly-acquired fish just don't eat straight away.
