getting back in the game(kinda) suggestions?

so, about a year ago, I started taking down my beloved 125g reef and setup a 14g biocube because it soon would be time to head off to college and be in a dorm room. So, now my first year of school is almost over and i am staying here in a little 1br apt. during the summer to attend summer quarters, but sept. 1st, I will be moving into a 3br apt. with some of my friends, hopefully for the remaining three years.

so, that means that now is the time I start thinking about another large tank. I would like to bring in my 125 gallon, but i think it is too big for this apartment and I dont quite know if i would trust the floors with it. I am trying to decide between an AGA drilled 75g, or 90 drilled. I am looking for people's opinions about if the extra cost and wieght of the 90 gallon is worth the extra height, and maybe some pictures of both?

Also lighting... I was thinking for both tanks to have two 4' vho actinics. If i were to get the ninety gallon, i would defenitally have two 250w MH's, but i do not know if i would want that much heat on the 75 gallon.

here is some data about the lighting of tanks
125gallon 900w mh 320w vho mh /vho ratio: 2.8/1 watts/g:8.48
90gallon 500w mh 220w vho mh/vho ratio: 2.3/1 watts/g:8.00
75gallon 500w mh 220w vho mh/vho ratio: 2.3/1 watts/g:9.60
75gallon 350w mh 220w vho mh/vho ratio: 1.6/1 watts/g:7.60

well, in my 125 i did not have many heat issues mainly due to my sump(50g total water) being out in the open and fans in the canopy. The main thing i am worried about is heat issues. I plan on having a 55g sump under either tank i choose. I am wanting to do mainly sps and lps in the tank. i know 175 watt bulbs will work for most of the 75gallon,and should keep it cooler, but i already have two 250 ballasts and bulbs.

so im thinkin on:
either a 75 or 90 gallon AGA tank
2 250w 14k hamilton MH's (aro magnetic ballasts)
2 4' VHA true actinics on an icecap 660
ASM G4X skimmer
55 gallon sump/refug with filter socks
2 4" corallife fans in canopy
Reefkeeper 2 controller
maybe a closed loop with gen-x pcx-40(1190 gph) with penductors
return pump?
and last but not least: I have an awesome calcium reactor I made that I may add into the system later

any suggestions or comments?

here are some pics to enjoy of my old 125 i took down:
