Please forgive my ignorance, but I need to get in touch with Roger Vitko regarding a 7240.27 driver that failed shortly after I bought it.
I bought it from Preuss Animal House in Haslett, MI
(They are great! I have been a customer about 2 years and even my son, Neal works there now) slightly used. Since it has failed, Preuss was nice enough to allow me to take a brand new driver (for a 75.00 deposit/fee) and use it immediately. They instructed me to get ahold of Roger and arrange any repairs/ exchange with him. Unfortunately, I just don't know exactly how to get in touch. I'm hoping someone on this forum can point me in the right direction.
I also bought the 6200 tunze that goes along with the driver, but recieved no instruction manual, I would very much like to get one. I would also like to get a detailed instruction manual for the multicontroller. The guys at Preuss have been very helpfull in helping me to adjust the multicontroller, but I would really like to know exactly how to adjust it correctly.
Any help that might be furnished would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much,
Dave Harvey
