Skimmer Size: 4.25" L x 7" W x 17" H

My sump baffles are set 'over-under-over' also, and I have never seen the contrary. The water drop is less than an inch, and it cascades down the baffle.

99% of the designs are that way. That's how I knew right away his statement was wrong. When I was looking up sump designs before I made mine I remember coming across that sight and thinking that's different and then moving on. There are a lot of different ways to design a sump.
