Getting Out of hobby 200 gallon complete set up

Due to some ongoing medical issues I regretfully need to sell my entire set up. Water changes and what was normally enjoyable and therapeutic maintenance has become too much of a chore physically. I have been able to liquidate most of the fish however; the system is still up and running for your inspection.
If you have ever wanted a huge set up here is your chance. I have an 8 foot long x 20" wide x30" deep all glass aquarium, Skimmer, Rio32hf return pump, 2 big sumps, media reactor, Turbo twist UV sterilizer, 4 K3 power heads and PC lights anything you need for a marine aquarium Test Kits, Hydrometer, salt, carbon"¦. all in good condition. The entire set up has been established for 2 years and is doing great. I have over 200 lbs of live rock Some real big pieces with some corals (Zoa's, Shrooms, Kenya Tree, Pally's ect ect common stuff) growing well. You get the idea, this is a full set up all you will need is water"¦ I regretfully want out of the hobby and want this to go to someone who will love it like I did.
At this time I do not have pictures but if you are interested please drop me a private message with a phone number and I can make the proper arrangements. I am looking for $1200 for everything or best offer. If the price is to high please let me know. I am not familiar with resale values I just know what I paid lol....

What I really want to do is trade my old hobby for your old hobby. If you have an American or Mexican made Fender Strat no Squires please, Gibson Les Paul, or any other American made electric guitars that you have lost interest in please let me know. I would like to sell or trade this complete but I am open for any partial offers for a guitar. I do want to state because of the medical issues I will be unable to help you move the system and you will need your own buckets for the rock and corals.
Feel free to drop me an e-mail with any questions I am in South Orange County 5 minutes off of the 5.

The medical issue is not serious so please don't think I am looking for the sympathy card. I had abdominal surgery last year and ended up blowing it out at work again and need to get it repaired. No lifting moving forward.....

I do have some corals all soft and what is seen in the pictures. Most Zoa's and Shrooms. No fish to speak of on Damsel I can not catch. LOL

Nothing real special on the Zoa's not sure of the names but they are all over some of the live rock. I am selling the live rock and what ever is on it goes. As well if my price is to high please let me know because I am not sure what the resale value of this stuff is I only know what I have paid for it. lol lol...

Any Input on the pricing, As I stated before I am not sure what this is worth. I am wanting to sell this complete and know I could make more if I parted it out but I just don't have the time. Any input is welcomed.

$1200 OBO

I'd be interested in anything blue, green, yellow or bright pink. I've got a lot of orange and pale pink stuff now.

Entire set up has sold and will be picked up Friday. Thank you Reef Central and all of its members. I regretfully as of Friday will no longer have a tank or a Salt addiction.
