getting out of hobby sale

I know some may find this hard to believe but I am getting out for the time being. I have other things that are taking up my time so this is something I have decided to do. I have a tech 120 with stand, 2 vortech pumps, 250w outer orbit with T5's(ushio bulbs 20 k, living color fuge, mag 9 return pump, 120 lbs of quality live rock and lots of corals. Lots of aussie acans, dendros , duncans, monti's. All High end stuff. I will post pics later as to what I have as far as live stock and prices. Here is a FTS.

I can vouch for James, he has some of the nicest corals around. But sorry guys I already went by and ended up buying the whole tank with everything in it.
