I need to sell my tank. I am very sad about it but I don't have the time anymore. I have a 29 gallon tank with the following things in it:


35 lbs of Carrabean live rock
pulsing xenia
orange ricordia
2 Sarcophyton's
button polyps
mushrooms
Frogspawn
Hammer Coral
colt coral
Damsel fsh

I also have the lights, stand for the tank and more. I am willing to piece it out a bit if you can come and get the stuff. Otherwise, I would sell the whole tank and everything for like $800. I will get pictures of it very soon. Its a beautiful tank but I just feel bad for it since I have no time for it anymore.
 
I'll take the orange ricordia and any LR it's attached to. How much?

What color mushrooms do you have? I might be interested in them too.

I'd like to come pick something up this weekend. Probably sunday. I live in Burnt Hills and could shoot right up. Let me know if sunday works for you.
 
Todd from Exotic Aquatics in Queensbury. He will be putting it all in a tank to sell as a complete set. tank, rock, corals ect. all one instant set.
 
Well in my opinion, thats pretty lame! :mad2: For a LFS owner who can buy all he wants from suppliers, to come on this board and buy out a members stuff before other members have a chance to get anything is just plain wrong! Personally I will not support someone who does this. They have access to suppliers up the ying yang, whom sell to them at retail prices, why would they have to come and buy out private sellers too?? Do they think we are going to go into there stores to purchase these items now, that they have probably doubled the price on? WRONG, I WILL NOT! I think this is just plain wrong. They use these boards to there advantage to buy cheap things they can mark up and put in there stores. In my eyes this board IS NOT for LFS owners to be browsing for the sole purpose of looking for cheap buys. So, to "Todd" I hope the purchase was worth the loss of a potential customer, because you wont ever see me walk thru your store doors. For any member who actually lets this happen you are just as bad as the LFS owner, you dont see that in any way shape or form as being wrong? This club is supposed to benefit our members, not our local fish stores greedy eyes. If I ever have something up for sale, LFS owners dont even bother responding because I WILL NOT SELL TO YOU! Unless I personally come to you with something, anything I have to offer is strickly for other members of this board. However, if a LFS owner wanted to purchase something for personal use, not to re-sell than I would consider it. Otherwise I think its dead wrong to do this, and I personally will not be a supporter of it.

Seller got his asking price. Who the hell buys crap doesn't matter.
It's holiday season, and a lot of people wan to by "running systems" and will pay a nice chunk of change penalty to "not have to wait" for what takes us 5 months to establish.

I say Good for Todd !

If I was still doing the tank maintainance gig, I'd snap up tanks like I did in the past similarly also.
