Getting small fish out of a 180

So I need to get a pesky wrasse and a sick tang out of my 180.

My xmas wrasse is a bully and needs to get out. He is probably 3 inches or so.

Next i seem to have a ich breakout for some odd reason. Lost a half black mimic tang that showed no signs, and now my little eibli mimic tang now is spotted all over.

I need to get these fish out, and moving 180lbs of rock that are mostly bonded together is not really an option.

how bout some good ideas for getting these fish out.

Any plans for a homemade fish trap?

I tryed and was impressed with the clear livestock bag method. You fold the top of a livestock bag over a couple of times, and run a heavy fishing line through the top and then tye it off on the bottom. So that when you pull on the line it closes up, then put some food in it and let it sit for a bit. I caught a bunch of fish with this method.
