Getting the best out of my Kodak

I have finally found the manual so I can learn how to adjust the picture taking settings. I have the following options, you guys will know what they are I'm sure:

Exposure Compensation
White balance
ISO Speed
Focus Zone
Color Mode
Long Time Exposure

How should I adjust each one so that I can take the best pictures possible with my camera. It is the Kodak EasyShare C533 5.0 MP.

Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately there is no universal magical combination of settings.

Play around with your camera by changing a single setting each time and you'll start to see how to manipulate the camera to do what you want.

No matter what you're doing you will want to have the camera as still as possible. Try using a tripod or balancing the camera on something steady.
