GFCI issue

I just traded a 250w MH for an 120w led fixture with 55ea 3w leds and 3 fans. There are 2 power cords and 2 on/off switches. Turn just the blue lights on and the fans come on. Turn just the white lights on and the fans come on. Turn them both on and the GFCI's trip. I have 3 GFCI on 3 seperate circuit breakers. As long as you plug both power cords into any GFCI and turn both sides on and they trip both GFCI's. Plug both sides of the light into 1 or 2 seperate circuits without GFCI and they work fine. Even run 1 side on a GFCI circuit and 1 side on a non-GFCI circuit and it runs fine. Switch the GFCI and non-GFCI and it still works fine. Any ideas? BTW lots of other stuff runs on these 3 GFCI circuits, but unplugging those things didn't help either!

check your neutrals, (white wires, one is crossed), When you wire a plug, the white wire is usually the silver screw, on the same side as the ground. also I had a bad outlet onetime and it tripped the breaker, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.

Thanks crazzyreefer. I'll do some testing when I get home tonight. I thought I had all the wires tested as I was doing the 'old school' control system, but I'll double check. I have 4 switch boxes with 4 switches in each of 2 and 4 digital timers (w/battery backup for the timer data) in each of the other 2. So far it's been working pretty well... up until this light.
