I like the pellets. I tried the high capacity, but liked the pellets better. And its cheaper. The granules I didn't like as much due to 'fines', but pellets are just right.
I have been using the pellets in a precision marine reactor. The rhowaphos I was using previously was almost like loose dirt. Usually about a third of it would pass thru the reactor as fines. It was $250 for about the same size pellet gfo from brs that was like $50.Maybe the rhowa and the brs high capacity absorb more po4(idont know) . So far I am happy with the brs pellets as there isnt much dust and it seems to be taking care of my algea without breaking the bank.If I could find cheaper gfo than brs pellets I would try that too.
