GHL 2 doser is losing syphon on inlet

1) GHL 2 doser is losing syphon on inlet of one of the pumps. It is brand new. Is there a fix?

2) less of a problem but, the airline tubing 1/4" on another one of the pumps keeps sliding off. How do I secure it better?

Hi,

Please check your lines and plastic tubing adapters for any cracks. New 1/4" tubing on that side may be needed.

You can use small zip ties to secure the tube to the clear plastic adapter.
