GHL Auto Top Off Setup

I am new to GHL and I am having trouble setting up an ATO, i have one float sensor, and i cannot enable a socket to turn the pump on.

Under the Level sensor control:-
Sensor 1 "ATO" "10s"
ATO "is always active"
water1 max on time "0:05:00"

Socket functions
S5 is set to "Water1"

when L1 changes to "-" nothing happens to socket S5 ( It remains off) I can manually switch S5 on by setting it to "always on"

Any ideas please

couple of things, you have a reaction time of 10 seconds this means the socket will not go active for 10 seconds,
