GHL Doser 2 Motor

I bought a GHL Doser 2 with 3 pumps back in March. Finally got around to hooking this up on Saturday July 11th. I was only using the center pump at this time for alkalinity. It was calibrated and everything was flowing fine. On speed 1, I was getting 32 ml/min. Yesterday July 15th, I discovered that the alkalinity solution was not going down. Running the calibration again, I got about .5 ml/min. I changed the speed to 3, and same thing, about .5 ml/min. I check the tubing and the pump, everything was clear. I then watched the pump turn when the calibration speed was 0,1,2, and then 3, no change. All the speeds were exactly the same. Has anybody run into this problem and how did you rectify it?

I have not had this problem. Try to update the firmware and it may correct. If not, get on the forums on the GHL site for help. www.aquariumcomputer.com
