GHL ProfiLux Stand Alone Dosing System, 3 Pumps w/ Controller

I have this controller. It worked great and is wonderful. It is now about 2 years old. I had shut it down for 6 months awaiting the big build.
When I plugged in, the 2nd line on LED display has "shifted down" to where only part of it is readable.
This makes it impossible to set up and program.

What do I do to get this fixed??

drop me an email to sales@aqua-digital.com and we can arrange a replacement LCD, but first leave the unit powered for 3-4 days to recharge the onboard battery, then unplug and plug back in.
