If you do a search on this forum for ecotech you will find other links of people using this great pairing of equipment, we have many many users running their ecotech via Profilux enabling far more advanced functionalites for their pumps.

Question - I cannot get my Vortec controller working if the Power Socket is in use - it said "connection error 41" (i think it is)

Any idea on how to fix it?

the vortex controller or the Vortech does not need a GHL power socket to work.

I have called aqua-digital, emailled aqua-digital (michael), called GHL-direct and spoke with a lady, emailled ghl-direct, and I have yet to receive an answer regarding my Vortech Controller order I placed on Aug 1st. What else do I need to do???

If you spoke to Ronnie at GHL Direct which is part of progressive reef I am sure she would have given you an order update I am quite sure Ronnie would have answered your enquiry.

Posting here will not assist sorry this is not for sales update enquiries. I will however speak to Ronnie later today and confirm she has provided you with your shipping details.

Yes, it was Ronnie I spoke with and she did not have an update. Posting here may not help but I am at a loss. WHere am I suppose to get the information that I need then? It's been almost 3 weeks now!!!

Sunil, my apologies. I personally made sure your order was shipped out on monday, the vortech module was built and tested over the weekend and shipped out first thing monday.

I had confused your order with someone elses and thought I had shipped it already, Ronnie brought the error to my attention and I got one ready for you immediately.
