Ghost Shrimp Propogation

I HOPE TO KEEP AND PROPOGATE GHOST SHRIMP TO FEED THEM TO MY SEA HORSES WHAT TEMP WATER TYPE FOOD ETC DO THEY REQUIRE?

I have had them reproduce in mid 70s F. Freshwater on the hard side. Feeding flake to adults. The babies are duplicates of parents. Very small. I fed them greenwater with copepods. Baby daphnia and monia. My babies did not survive. Don't know if parents got them or they expired. After my failed baby raising, I saw a "kit" on some website saying baby rotifers are good food for the baby shrimp. They also suggested raising them separate from adults.
