Rod,

It was great of you to host the CMAS meeting today. Thanks for the food I won in the raffle. I am already buying it locally on a regular basis but winning some was a great added bonus.

You provided a lot of excellent DIY info as well as some great info about breeding clowns and raising the fry. You are much better at public speaking then you give yourself credit for.

I am sure others will join me in thanking you for your generosity in sharing your knowledge as well as the great give-aways and raffle prizes.

Considering what you said about the so-called "clown experts" telling you all of the things you are doing wrong you prove one thing is right beyond all others. There are many paths to succesfully completing a task. There is nothing wrong with unconventional thought. That is where new ideas come from. If not for those that thought the steam engine was a good idea all of us would still be travelling by horseback.

Thanks again.

Adam

Rod, you da man! I'm gonna get Hubby to work right away, on making me a carbon-thingy.

Adamjr-well stated!

Rod-I learned alot from your lecture. As usual, I left your place with my head buzzing with information. Thanks:D

Rod, lecture was awsome, filled my head with info on DIY projects. Should keep me busy for a while.

This was my first trip out to Rod's and I couldn't have been more impressed. His setup is amazing something to be in aww of. Hope to get back out there soon.

Again a big thank you to Rod!!

Thank you everyone for the kind words. I am glad that you enjoyed the meeting here. Thank you all for coming. You are all a great bunch of people. As for my first time speaking and my first presentation.. It wasnt so bad after I got rolling and quit sweating, but lets just say that I wont be quitting my day job :). Some of you were a very big help in keeping the ball rolling for me.

I also want to send a great big thanks to Sara and Tony! You guys were great help!.

And Thanks To Boyd ( youre going to be a great successor to the last great prez!) for organizing everything

Sounds like the talk included a segment on "Rod's Gizmo" (the name I gave to the carbon media reactor). Works great though I'm currently having problems running Chemi-pure in there. It's jamming up the screen pretty good.

Wish I could have been there...

Thanks again Rod for putting on a great presentation and sharing just a pinch of your vast knowledge with the Club. It was also a pleasure helping you out as you have helped me out in the past as well with some of your wealth of information. Keep up the good work and I can't wait for the next time you host a meeting for us or drop by a meeting to discuss some other topics.

The flux carbon capacitor is the easy part.... Connecting it to the kanuten valve with out compressing the gasket too much is the hard part!
