What's a good spot for a gig under Radion Gen 2 light? Bottom, middle or top?

The nem looks good.
I really like the montipora too.
How long have you been growing it?
Thank you! I have had it for a while but it only started to grow about 6-7 months ago when I got Kessil A150W, then A350W and Radion as of yesterday. Lol. Here's what it looked like 6-7 months ago.![]()
I had placed my new green Gig towards the top of the tank, i'm running gen2 Pro's but he's been moving around and heading towards the bottom. This morning he totally got off the rock he came with and now is somewhere in the middle of the tank.
That looks like a good spot for the gig. When it gets bigger the oral disk will cover the rock but the foot should stay planted. It's nice to keep it away from other coral.
View from top and side of the tank. Lights came on an hour or so ago. It had eaten yesterday and the day before that.![]()

Looks Good! Best of luck with this guy.
Mine hasn't moved at all in 3 days I've had it. However, I am starting to think that the rock its attached to is a little small and the anemone can outgrow it fairly soon. I don't want to mess with it for now so leaving things as they are.
What's the max intensity level you set on your Radion? Mine is at 55% right now but I might raise it a tiny bit.
Mine max out at 50% by mid day. I'm thinking my Gig did not like being all the way up top close to the light, he seems to be trying to get away from it.
