Gill Fluke Emergency - Dip in Freshwater or Paraguard?

So I have a clownfish that seems to have developed a severe case of gill flukes that I suspect I brought in with some live blood worms (so probably in the freshwater, i didnt rinse them before feeding). I did an initial dip for 15 minutes in the Paraguard bath and that helped get a lot of the flukes off the fish. Added Prazipro and its been 2 days since, the clownfish is now barely swimming just kind of sitting on the floor and breathing hard. Sucks because the rest of the fish looks fine.

So I know it will die unless something else is done to help, and I doubt changing the water and adding fresh Prazipro is enough of a kick for it. So what kind of dip would be most beneficial given that I'm not expecting the fish to live through the night. I can make a freshwater dip (any pointers for this for matching pH would be helpful, Proper pH 8.2 is crap) or a Paraguard bath again. Dont have formalin. Any ideas?

I did a 20 minute dip in Paraguard. The clownfish looks much better now, kind of swimming though still not eating. There were small little things floating in the water after the dip, so definitely more critters were present.

Update:

The clownfish has mostly recovered. Just a little sluggish but is swimming around now and interested in food. Getting better day by day since its tank also has Prazipro in it.

Paraguard DOES WORK for a dip if you dont have formalin.

Yes, Paraguard is pretty much "designer formalin." It's a combination of glutaraldehyde and malachite green. Most prefer formalin since it's a proven treatment, but I've seen some anecdotes that Paraguard will work in a pinch.
