According to the by-laws the trustees are to be appointed by the Board.

If there are more than one person in each are that want to be a Trustee we will probably have to do a vote or something to make it fair.

Well....we kinda did and that will probably how it will end up this time too if we have a lot of interest! But I was just going to try and follow the rules this time

I have a question, who is our current secretary? I guess i dont even know who is running this joint, and ide like to get an idea of wha my duties would be. I looked for the info on teh webpage, but couldnt find it there.

I thought PYGMEY was the Pres. and Dan was the vice Pres.???? I must have missed something somewhere?

No Biggie...I just hate stickies. They seem to get less looks than ones that are at the top all the time vs. bringing them back up.

As secretary you would need to be at the meetings to take the minutes. Also, just to help out with new ideas and to help set up meetings and such. Basically just help out.
