tang and angle i dont think so they get pretty big IMO they should not be under 100 gallon (unless dwarf of course) you can never go wrong with an eel dwarf lions would go good to all that LR.. If your new to agressive eels are great very easy to feed but i think the only species you could keep in there would be snowflake and golden dwarf. golden dwarfs are very nice and very hardy IMO they are one of the best species of eels hope this helped.

The Potteri Angel is a Dwarf and is probably one of the nicest unless you can find a interrupti and have $1400 for 1, and also the Sail Fin Tangs have a very slow growth rate of around 1" per year

Sailfins are actually one of the fastest growing tangs out there. They can grow like 7" a year. Potters angels are also very hard to keep. With only 6 months of experiece, I wouldn't advise attempting one just yet. I'm not familiar with the reef butterfly, so I can't say.
An eel sounds good. A dwarf, snowflake, or miliaris would work.
You typically don't want to mix lions with puffers, so decide which you'd rather have.

There is no Tang that grows 7" in a year I have been at this hobby for 30+ years and have done my research well and can remember the days , when all we had was minimal equipment and knowledge to work with, I can't even think of to many sharks that grow that fast either

snowflake eel, a bunch of chromis, foxface lo, flame angel and maybe a niger trigger. That would give you lots of color and a good looking tank if kept right. you might need to upgrade in the future though. always plan your upgrades ahead of time!!
How about a volitan, a butterfly, a foxface, and a small puffer like a valentini? You could probably get away with a dogface, so long as you don't have the lionfish in with him, as there's a risk of fin-nipping.
I have a 7inch magnificent foxface in a 75, it looks great, and has enough room. Has moorish idol-eque colors but is easy to keep.

puffers and triggers are bad tankmates for lions; most will pick at the lions fins. Pick one or the other. You are going to need an upgrade in the future if you get triggers, larger puffers and larger lions. And yes you will get people that tell you they will be fine in a 75 for life. I guess if you call a shortened stressful life normal, go for it.
If you want puffers get the sharpnose types, and if you want lions I would go with dwarf species. If you want a clown trigger and/or larger puffers, if you get them small they will be ok in a 75 for a while but plan on something bigger in the future.
