give me your ideas for my new tank(30 gal long)

i got a 30 gal long on thursday and i pput my left over water and rock in the tank and now i need to know what to do with it ,so please give me your opinions on what to make of this tank
 
i would do some research on the dragon pipefish. I have one and as long as you have a good pod population, it does great. That way you don't have to deal w/ lights that trip your electricity bill. the fish is so cool!
 
It's in a 55 gallon. I don't have much in there. Just a few pipefish. I have been told they do better in groups.
 
these are the things i know i want (and am willing to wait for)

sand----my last tank didnt have any(will wait till i find it for free)
rock----- about 30 more pounds cause my 30 pounds dont even fill this tank about 1/3(will wait to find this for free-40 bux)

live:
atlantic pygmy angel
small blue tang
onyx or really dark perc or jigsaw or snowflake clown pair
purple firefish
scooter blenny!!!! (on hold)
pipefish
seahorses
goby/pistol combo


any suggestions are helpful and flaming me is always welcome
 
If your not going to have a skimmer in there I wouldnt go with the tang or seahorse.

If its seahorse ud need that to be in only species tank.

yeah if i go seahorse it would have to be low flow(2x-5x water flow) ans planted or softies only

and i probly will have a skimmer on this tank i just dont know what kind would be good
