After a lot of thought Ive decided that I no long have time to mess with coral. Its to bad because my tank was really looking nice but I just dont have the time to mess with it.

So Im am going to take it down. Clean it all up and just keep fish.

I will have the following for sale.

Octopus 200 skimmer. Works well. $150

1 LARGE frog spawn about the size of a soccer ball. $50

1 Large hammer about the same size as the frog spawn. $50

1 6" Long Tentical Plate. $30

1 10+ head duncan about the size of a softball. $50

1 closed Brain coral. $25 about the size of a softball.

1 4" crocea clam. $30

Thats about it for now. Im sure there is some other stuff but Ill see if anyone wants this stuff first.

Damn tank isn't ready.... Or I would get them all :D

Sorry to hear your getting out of the corals. You shouldn't have any problems getting rid of all that. Just wish it was too me

I guess I should have added... I'm interested in the Duncans for sure, and possible the frogspawn depending on coloration.

I dont want to frag anything..unless nobody wants them whole.

I didnt get time to take any new pics but I will try tonight and post them..

I also have an 8"x8" green slimer colony
and a 5" x5" green hynophora coloney I believe t
hat need a home s well. $40 each

If no one else is interested, I may be in store for that skimmer. I have been looking at the new Vertex IN-180 for my 54gal, but i'm hesitant to spend $300. Also, I'm not 100% sure if I really am getting a sump or not. I'm waiting on my Brother-in-Law to get back home, and see if he is going to send it to me. Please keep me in mind if no one else takes that skimmer in the next couple weeks.

Wow, it must suck to have to get rid of those corals. They are gorgeous. I wish you were closer or I might be able to take that frogspawn or hammer. Do you have any torches in the tank?

Its a darn shame you have to lose those beautiful corals Ryan but you got to do what you got to do. But I imagine a fish only tank can have its own rewards since you will no longer be restricted to "reef safe" fish. Plus it will be a heck of alot easier/cheaper to maintain. Any new critters your planning on adding? Good luck with the transition.

Everything is gone, sorry.

Oh it's alll good glad you sold everything. I just bought an octo 110 for the same price you were selling your octo 200 and really felt like an idiot even tho I initially thought I got a good deal.

So I was kinda kicking myself for not seeing your post sooner but at the same time I think the 200 would gave been way too big for my 49g system
