I replaced the side panel on my 40 breeder after a silly newbie mistake of over tightening the bulkhead. you will be fine, getting the old panel out was harder than putting the new panel in. I used RTV 108 which had a good reputation when i looked into it. to my fault I did not do a great job getting the old silicone off, though I have had no issues with the 40 breeder use some blue painters tape to make nice edges.

cool I love encouragement. thanks for the offer with the bits dan. what I am thinking about is having the place I get the glass from drill it then temper the class after
