Glass Scratches

Inside my tank I have some scratches. One of them is very visible.

Is there something that I can do ?

Note: The tank is up and running, not empty.

Thanks

Not that I know of, I know if you can feel the scratch with your finger nail it is deep enough where it wont come out. Otherwise you will have to drain the tank until the scratch is out of water, and buff it.

I bought a used tank which had deep and light scratches in it. I tried everything buffing, wetsanding, polishing, etc. hours and hours or trying. I even order some cerium oxide (makes a huge mess) from some chemical company that I was recommended to try. After at least 1 hour of wetsanding/buffing/polishing on one minor scratch I think it made it half as noticeable. Didn't do much of anything on the deeper scratches. Let me mention I used a high speed professional buffer too and have many year experience at using it along with wetsanding.

My opinion its not worth the hassle!! Buy a new tank or deal with it like I did!

Here's a link that I followed without any success.
