May not be at first, but eventually the acrylic baffles will fail cause acrylic don't bond well to glass

I made a sump from a 75 gal glass tank and acrylic baffles, its been 5 yrs and still going strong, the baffles have warped but I think it was due to using too thin of acrylic ( I used 1/4")

I wouldn't hesitate to make another but would use 3/8"
