Currently have a 24, 29 and 90g reef systems set up. Was planning on a 180 in our new house but plans got pushed back with kids in college and land we cant find to our liking to build on.
Would it be better to take down and combine the 29 and 90 now and place into a 180 or 210 or just hold on for a yr or two
Looking for some guidance and info from anyone who has converted smaller tanks into one larger tank.
Would be ideally going into a 210g tank if done and can use the MH systems off the others, ATO systems, RKs, VHO sets and the like to help on parts for new system. Have plenty of rock from both to put in as well as enough good "seed" sand for the transition.
I`m wondering if actually combining the two will be about the same operational cost since still will have same amount of pumps, skimmers, lights and the like running......I know there will be more water to deal with but can handle that with no problem as well as more salt used for water changes and initial set up

So sorry if this was posted in the wrong section but looking for the good/bad of doing this and any guidance on whats the best method to go about doing it and things to pre plan for.

Thanks guys
