36 gallon mixed reef tank. My current stock is 1 ocellaris clownfish and 1 randalls goby (no shrimp). i was wondering if i could add another shrimp goby because i absolutely love the little guys. i wasnt sure if they would get territorial or not.

Check out Hector's goby. They're not a bottom dweller and spend most of the day in the mid water column after they've grabbed a mouthful of sand to sift. The only drawback is they will dust most everything with sand. I love mine but don't like what he does LOL

Oh and his favorite food is NLS pellets

Yes as long as it's another Randall [emoji6]
Yes territorial amongst similar and member of of a same genus.
If the tank was bigger , maybe...like 3' or 4' per pair.

+1 for Hector's or rainford goby

Jawfish could be another option little fish big personality + Blenny ( escenius and salarias )

Well unfortunately I wouldn't get my hopes up....The hypothesis that all gobies are either protogenous hermaphrodite or serial bidirectional hermaphrodites , I don't think has been proven since there are so many of them...all haven't been studied.

And since there doesn't seem to be sexual dimorphism for amblyeleotris Randalli pairing could be REALLY tricky!

The only thing I have heard of is the difference with their dorsal fins. Apparently the female's is smaller.

I will go on the safe side, and get another different fish.
